Women want to know, will I have loose skin if I lose 100 pounds? I didn't have this problem after losing 100 pounds in one year. How can you tell if your losing weight? Well I had other people telling me over and over again that it looks like I am losing weight. Will I lose weight if I stop eating for 3 days? Please do not do this.

Hello my name is Shana Jahsinta Walters. Welcome to my writing blog! I have to clarify the type of blog because I really enjoy blogging and it is a shame I let this hobby fall by the wayside. I do enjoy all sorts of creative things and this blog is my new outlet.
